3. Quotes, Orders, Returns, and Sales Tax

• Returns: Any returns must be within 30 days of invoice and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice number. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. No returns are allowed on electrical/electronic items, special orders, or custom-cut items.
• Sales Tax: Pursuant to Massachusetts law, we charge 6.25% sales tax unless we have a valid signed Massachusetts Form ST-4 (Resale Certificate) or Form ST-5 / ST-2 (Exempt Purchaser Certificate) on file prior to invoicing.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the website or purchases from Frank P. McCartin Co., Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with exclusive venue in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
