Frequently Asked Questions, Return Policy & Trade Credit Application

• Any returns must be within 30 days of invoice and have the original receipt or invoice number at the time of the return.
• All returns must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
• No returns will be allowed on the following items: Electrical/electronic items, special orders, or custom-cut items.
• Any special order returns that are allowed by the manufacturer will be subject to restocking fees and return freight charges.

We are required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Revenue to charge 6.25% sales tax unless we have a valid tax-exempt or resale certificate on file:

• Contractors & Resellers (Form ST-4): Provide a signed Massachusetts Department of Revenue Form ST-4 (Sales Tax Resale Certificate) for tangible personal property purchased for resale.
• Municipalities, State Agencies & 501(c)(3) Institutions (Form ST-5 & Form ST-2): Provide a signed Form ST-5 (Sales Tax Exempt Purchaser Certificate) together with a copy of your organization’s Form ST-2 (Certificate of Exemption) where applicable.
